Our philosophy is founded on a systemic approach to organizational and individual growth and development. A systemic approach encourages both families and professionals to examine the many cognitive, environmental, and behavioral influences impacting individual behavior. This model incorporates both team and consumer-centered strategies in promoting positive and measurable outcomes. Our approach is to provide effective training and consultative services that will empower the organization and family to become their own best resource in effecting long-lasting behavioral growth.
Our consultants have extensive practical experience with effective behavior programming and behavior analysis techniques. In addition, our trainers can help you and your staff with professional development through the many workshops and seminars offered
by APTS. Our trainers and consultants, in collaboration with other clinical and educational professionals, are dedicated to providing unique staff development experiences and consultation and, as such, we never use pre-packaged trainings or behavior programs. Our trainings and workshops include lectures, role-play, written materials, practical strategies, and tools for intervention. Please see our Services page (Portfolio-Publications section) for a detailed list of trainings and workshops that we have previously presented.
