Alan El Tagi, M.Ed. B.C.B.A
Susan Fisher Gross, M.A., B.C.B.A

Together, Mr. El Tagi and Ms. Gross bring over 40 years of experience in providing behavioral consultation, training, and support services to individuals with developmental and other disabilities, their families/caregivers, and educators. Mr. El Tagi holds a Master's degree in Counseling Education from George Mason University and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Ms. Gross holds a Master's degree in Applied Behavioral Science from Adelphi University and is also a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Mr. El Tagi and Ms. Gross strive to bring together talented people who are willing to dedicate themselves to this unique population of individuals. APTS' dedicated team consists of Master's Level Licensed Instructional Specialists, Special Education Teachers, BA Level Classroom Program Facilitators, and Team Leaders, Board Certified Behavior Analysts, Contracted Occupational and Physical Therapists, Speech and Language Pathologists, and Counselors. APTS' administrative personnel supports the program through its Directors, Managers, Human Resources and Community Outreach Staff.

APTS is a growing, high performing organization with a passion to serve it's students and families. At the core of APTS' expansion and growing reputation for quality and student-centered services is a constant flow of creative and dynamic ideas. Mr. El Tagi and Ms. Gross believe that the degree of success APTS is achieving at the county, state and regional level is directly related to the amazing collaboration taking place among it's students, clients, families, staff and all its stakeholders.
